- 90 minute Consultation (via zoom) to discuss your reasons for seeking support and strategies to implement.

- Comprehensive Personalised Written Action Plan outlining challenges, goals and specific practical strategies to implement.

- 6 weeks of email support including accountability, progress checks and answering questions..

- One Additional 45 minute Progress Call (via zoom) to discuss progress, and make any necessary amendments.

- One Supportive Strategies Email outlining any additional pointers for change and summarising the call
