- Comprehensive Personalised Written Action Plan outlining challenges, goals and specific practical strategies to implement.

- 10 weeks of email support including accountability, progress checks and answering questions..

- Three Additional 45 minute Progress Calls (via zoom) to discuss progress, and make any necessary amendments.

- Three Supportive Strategies Emails outlining any additional pointers for change and summarising the call
